Hi,

I would like to hear your opinion about what is the best analysis tool.
I know Google Analytics but it's not ideal for all cases ?

Thank you !

I am aware with the two tools Google webmasters and Google Analytic. I think they are efficient in providing you information about your website.

Keyword Spy is good alternative, with keyword spy you can search with multiple search engines besides Google and Bing, you may also seek out multiple keywords.

There are a number of free and paid analysis tools available.  If you want to check the number of backlinks then you must go to ahrefs.com, backlinkwatch.com.

If you want to see the website issues or want to implement "schema". Then there is Google webmaster. With the help of this tool you can also able to see exact error messages, search queries, total backlinks etc.
