What is the best analysis tool ?

I would like to hear your opinion about what is the best analysis tool.
I know Google Analytics but it's not ideal for all cases ?

If you want to see the website issues or want to implement "schema". Then there is Google webmaster. With the help of this tool you can also able to see exact error messages, search queries, total backlinks etc.
