There is no any tool to check seo friendly urls. It depends on you that which types of urls you make for your posts in the site.

Check there
title , discription , and tags or matadata
if its there
then site is seo friendly

there is no such hard and fast rule to check that your website is seo friendly or not. you just need to check meta description, meta tags and meta keywords these are right or wrong.

you can check it manually,  first you need to check
1) your website loading speed
2) Website error's i,e Html Error, Css error, broken links etc
3) SEO friendly url for all pages of website
4) Duplicate content
5) website's domain etc.

If you will solve above errors then you will near to make your website SEO friendly.
