In my opinion, when you are first beginning PPC and learning howw to use Google AdWords then this keyword tool would be really good way to establish a baseline list of AdWords keyword ideas for your website. You just enter a word or phrase or even URL and the free AdWords Keyword Tool spits back at list of related keywords and some additional traffic data.

Dear sonamsharma,

If you got used to working in Excel, you can upload keywords into it. Competitive keyword research. This method is not very popular, but it can help you to find low competitive keywords, which usually do not issued by Google planner. If you take the commercial subjects, it is often possible to find interesting keywords and optimize pages form them, receiving visitors without much efforts.

2) Free (with some limitation)Semrush. A tool for competitor keyword research. It’s convenient and contains a lot of data. I also think that Google Keyword Planer, because this tool not only suggests keywords and provides estimated search volume, but also predicts the cost of running paid campaigns for these terms. I suggest you to use this tool because it is free for using and nit helps you to find a list of related keywords to your keyword with simple metrics to gauge how fierce the competition is around each one.

If talking about tools, Google keyword planner is good as well as free.
Apart from it, google search can also be used to find long tail keyword suggestions.
BuzzSumo, Long Tail Pro(paid) are helpful too.
