dofollowlink means to click the hyper link available for a vital information. While, donotfollowlink is the opposite.

Do-Follow:
>when google bots are crawling a website they look for external links point to other websites.
>If this links is "do follow" then search engine will follows the link juice gets passed.
No-Follow:
>attributes used to prevent a link from passing links authority.
>commonly used on sites with user generated content, like in blog comments.
