Hi,
It's something that you shouldn't do (a black hat SEO technique). You are showing a different version of website to user and to bots. It's a way of misleading bots to improve rankings this way.

I know that cloacking is used by black hat which is one of the unethical methods in SEO. It uses the devices thta provide mechanism for the search engines.    Cloacking provides the use of false pages that are loaded with the keyword  and other content that is search engine optimized. And cloacking only works when it uses CGI scripts in the hidden web page used to scan the IP adress of the visitor visiting the web page.
