There is no relationship between SERP and Bounce rate... both are totally different.

SERP refers to Search Engine Result Page. It means listing of web pages returned by search engine in response to a keyword query..

Bounce Rate is involved in web traffic analysis..  It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and leave the site rather than continue viewing other pages of the site..

Nope.  I have a site that has a 10% bounce rate and 40+ minutes time on site, which google knows about because I have GA installed and it still doesn't rank at the top spots for my keywords.

Bounce rate is nothing but shows the how many of them visit your index pages and not seeing your second page of the website.Higher bounce rate is bad for your site.
SERP means search engine result page.SERPs are lists or pages of search results that are compiled by a search engine.
