There are many tools available on net but I prefer to use below tools to check back links like:
http://www.backlinkwatch.com/
http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/
http://www.linkdiagnosis.com/
You can also check your website backlinks in Google Webmaster tool that provide option that called link to your site.
