Google Webmaster Tools

A few weeks back, I set up Google Webmaster Tools (GWT) for my blog. And I was pretty excited with the quality of useful data it provides. Along with other insightful statistics, the GWT provides you with a detailed report of all the links that point back to your website or blog. See how you can check the same.

- Log in to your Google Webmaster Tools account
– From the homepage, click your blog’s or site’s link
– Click ‘More’ under the ‘Links to Your Site’ section
– See the total number of backlinks or see the detailed report

The GWT divides the total number of backilnks into three categories – Who links the most, Your most linked content and How your data is linked. You can easily download the data in the form of a table in .csv format also.
