Kindly tell me that According to you which method of link building works better in the promotion of website.There are couple of methods of link building like forum posting, blog commenting, directory submission, article submission and social bookmarking. I mostly use forum posting because In my opinion it is the most effective method of link building and it provides good result in short interval of time.

the methods you mention may help a little but the best links are those that are contextual (with in the main body of the text). you can get this by doing a guest post for a blog. if you manage to get these links from high PR pages them it will significantly improve your keyword ranking

Yes, Blog-Forum-Bookmarking is very effective Method for Link Building.
No doubt Forum Posting is Good for Link Building but if You can then go for Social Bookmarking in High PR sites like Reddit, Stumbleupon, Delicious, All are Good sites and also Post in Social Media Sites Like Facebook, twitter etc... Use Youtube for Video Submission.
