You should log into your Google Search Console to make sure you aren't being penalized for your off page SEO efforts. This happens a lot to people that carelessly build links or submit their URL in link building schemes.

I would get GSC first, and then check your backlink profile.

Since links are the currency of the web, it's clear incoming links to your website are essential for long-term success. If you think of your website as a resource, where can you create an altruistic hub? Is it a library full of videos, case studies, ebooks free for download? Create meaningful content, don't gate it (meaning don't ask for their email), and promote it through all your social channels. Eventually, the links will come.

For local businesses, essential off-page SEO would include reviews, consumer generated content, local citations, e.g. mentions.

Without more details of what you've done in the last day/week/month, its not possible to identify here. "Black hat" is vague amd doesn't answer the question. There are plenty of white hat things you can do wrong that will affect you as well. Check your links, check citations, go to webmaster tools. There's about 2 dozen checks to do before you have a netter odea.
