The answer is "YES".

One may have more of a market share than the other, but that doesn't mean you do not want the clients who visit the others.  Google has indeed lost market share to Bing this year because of the Privacy issues. And that is expected to continue unless Google changes something. But it would be a very long time before any of the other majors could catch up.
