Need help in Goal setup

Hello ! I Need help in setup 'Duration Goal' in my GA account. Whenever i create a new goal in GA, i don't see any Goal Template to choose. Does anyone know what's wrong with my GA account? Thanks for your help !
P.S. - Goals setup are working fine with my GA account of other website.
