Unfortunately nobody answered your question.
I've heard the first time about TrustRank.

I already knew about MOZRank and MOZTrust and the ranking of our site is "very good" on SeoMoz (relating to our competitors).
So I'm a little wondered if I've seen the low TrustRank of 1.37/10 of our site.
How can it happen ? In the regional gplaces our prefered and competitors keywords found our site on rank 1 to 8.

In this please can anyone of this bully forum answer the question how we can improve our TrustRank ?

First of all always get a backlink or interlink a website with the website of same theme. It is not necessary to get backlinks of high page rank web pages, the main point is that it must be related to website category. Don’t get backlinks from websites that use black hat techniques for SEO. So, always try to get backlinks from the trusted sources.

The content added on a website must be informative, high quality and related to the website. Content should not be copy pasted from other websites otherwise Google and other search engines will ban the website. The keywords used in the content should be relevant to the website. Update and add content to the website at regular intervals of time.

Use old domain names (if possible), as it is stated above that the older the domain age, the more it is trusted. Google and other search engines reduce the trust rank of the websites with new domain names.

Avoid using too many terms in a domain name like www.this-is-the-best-website.com.

Getting a unique IP address contributes a lot in increasing the trust rank of a website as it shows owner’s care and the importance of his website.

You can do it in many ways, simply by updating your blog on a regular basis, creating unique content and linking to your blogging friends. Here some tips:
- write quality and value content  (if your posts are good  and contain useful information, then more people will link back to you);
- use "post pages" (ensure that each post has it's own page, it helps search engines find the information faster);
- use quality keywords (focus on keywords whicj adequately describe the content of your posts).

I have the impression that whether PR focuses on external links to your site, TR focuses on internal "quality" of the site (and on the quality of sites that link to yours).
So, it's important to often update your site with new  and good-quality contents, and to have sites with high TR linking to you.

Trust rank is similar to domain authority. It is the measure of strength and popularity of your domain in search engines. It is measured by Moz and your domain in ranked between 0 to100 depending on the popularity and trust. DA can be improved by good content update and also by building backlinks from other relevant domains.

what if you get a backlink from your profile from a domain trust rating of 95, but your profile page has a trust flow of zero.  would this hurt you?  should I remove the link from my profile?  or a link is a link and it can only help you.

the domain that I am talking about, has absolutely nothing to do with my money site!
