Hi!

You can mute the person directly from their profile, just click the 'Gear' icon, and select mute from the down menu. Muted person will not know that you muted them from your profile. You can also blocked them. Blocked users can't interact with your content by replying or retweeting you. They also can't follow you or tag you in photos. Another thing is to edit your privacy. Make sure you are in a private profile.

Hope it helps!

Just block them, only takes a couple of seconds.
If they come back, block them again, simples.

They will just be wasting their time.

Then something must be wrong. Did you block all of the abusive users? It should've worked perfectly...

Actually the problem of twitter is, people get the chance to create fake accounts as much as they want. So blocking is not a perfect solution. Twitter should have some system to take action on abusive and fake accounts.

easy to explain it, I think you should join some course for understanding more.
It's not simple to do it, you need more time and experience to know it clearly.

Maybe the best way you can do is to block them so that you won't no longer see any tweet from them. Reporting might take a long process so might as well block them, and hey its social media you can do whatever you want. People will really annoy you if I were you then I will not mind their business and just focus on mine.
