I never pay attention to Twitter so much so I thought that quantity is better than quality. I guess having 3000 followers don’t mean that those followers are really following you!

I think you are right. I have like 1020 followers and I get like 2% click on links that I am twitting. that something like 15 - 20 clicks - for 1020 followers ..
