i want to find my fav personalities of the world and want to keep them as my followers but i also want to get information about them like i want to make them my best friends by chat or any other way . can it be possible through twitter any body please help me out???

i don't think that could be possible in a short period of time, since many popular people now are too busy. And if you really wanna be friend with them, then you must show them that you are interested with what they do, like tweeting almost everything about them to prove that you are a real fan! also join fan groups who are more often interacting with their idols.
