Xeon based CPU: 6 Core at least
Ram: above 32
Port 1GB
3x2 TB
above 20 TB BW/m
+ 16 usbl Ips (no limit on IP max~50)

my budget is up to 160 $

Do you know anything about hostsailor.com? Are their servers stable? Can I rely on them?
