need powerful GPU server

I need powerful GPU server with 1 TB of Hard Disk + 24 GB - RAM + 16 TB - bandwidth
What are your views on these ones: 1) Canspace.ca and 2) Gpuservers.net
Are they reliable? Tell your votes please, 1st or 2nd one? Why
What are your suggestions for the list?

Most clouds don't feature any option to run GPU based workloads.
Gpuservers.net is the best solution for getting NVIDIA Quadro, Tesla, Titan, GTX as well as AMD GPU's.

I have been with Canspace.ca for just over 2 months and in that time have had a couple of problems which were quickly resolved.
I've steered clients to them - their support is responsive, you could call at any hour and talk to a live tech support agent, and uptime is great.
