Need help to choosr the host: Libertyvps.net or QHoster.com

I need 50GB space, bandwidth can be 1000GB, phpBB forum + e-commerce site.
I came across Libertyvps.net and also QHoster.com vps hosting plans and don't really know if they can be good for this.

I like libertyvps.net web host, their control panel is easy to use. My only little gripe is that the website sometimes seem a bit slow - though that could be due to my own connection. Every time I have tested the website with a webserver tool on my site, the performance has been up to par.
