First of all get rid of the code errors.. As far as the design goes, the only thing I think needs to be changed is when you hover over the menu. That inverted gradient is quite ugly.

It is prominant if you type in the words "premier restaurant guide" on google, but not if you just put in the words "restaurant guide".
Concentrate on developing backlinks, the site content is already good.
