SEO help Needed. Please!

Hello Webmasters,

This is my first post on this board and i need your help? Actually I just started SEO of a website(diancabinet@com), just about 1 week ago.
From last week i have done lots of On page changes on this site. Like Meta, Title, Content etc. I think this site is HTML based.

I JUst wanted to know that Please review this website and let me know that is this possible to rank this site among three search Engines for the Given Keywords

Kitchen Cabinets
Bathroom Cabinets
Kitchen Remodeling
Bathroom Remodeling

If this website needs some more changes regarding SEO please let me know.

Google Adword Keyword tool might help you..

Since you are building kitchen cabinets I am assuming you are a local or maybe statewide company?  If you why would you try to rank for those keywords, you don't need to appear first in the search results if you are located in California for your business.  Narrow your keywords down to say something like, Bathroom re modeler Los Angeles or something like that.
