Hey Kradha,
Your short listed points are very good, but if you need to make global your site then some other points are required here, i.e. Mobile friendly site, Site speed for User, Proper navigation, less coding at back end, etc.

While I agree with most of the things that you discus here, I think that you have to be careful when you say that this is what a successful website has. Remember, just because you have those things does not necessarily make you a great website if you know what I mean.
