how to optimize in yahoo serp?

Hi all, I have blog and it's can optimize in google serp, but I confused with yahoo serp. How can I optimize my weblog in yahoo? I have to add with yahoo webmaster and bing too, but it's still down.

Only 3 things I have noticed.

* Like content and more content you have better chance.
* They don't bother about noFollow doFollow thing. All backlinks count I guess.
* Adding site to Yahoo site explore tool with a sitemap.
* Used to like H2 H3 tags but I'm not sure if this valid anymore.
