Yeah especially Yahoo gives emphasis on like Google likes Quality Content and High Quality Links.

I would like to know do every search engine have their own algorithm? then why don't we do SEO separately?

I can't focus on Yahoo Algorithm. Better to focus on Google Algorithm for you to make big market.

Well its not true in all manner. Even single visit is turning in to sell whats wrong in that. And even though we more focus on Google we should not ignore other SEs.

Submission to Yahoo's directory is a good start. It can take a while for their MANUAL review process. You might even get a call from Yahoo if your website warrants further consideration.
