in my thought yahoo follow big website as compare to other S.E because when every u search any keyword big website on top 10 position

I can't focus on Yahoo Algorithm. Better to focus on Google Algorithm for you to make big market.

Submission to Yahoo's directory is a good start. It can take a while for their MANUAL review process. You might even get a call from Yahoo if your website warrants further consideration.

Yahoo is having own users. IF you are wanna do on page seo then it's easy task because of yahoo, aol and bing are not give penalties like google. It's algo is normal and yahoo,bing and aol have the same algorithm.
