I need brief information regarding Yahoo Sitemap how to submit and how to create Yahoo sitemap.

Yahoo has transitioned their organic search results  pages to be powered by Bing.

All you need to do is make a normal .xml sitemap. There are many tools out there (paid as well as free) that can make you one.

Once a Sitemap is created,  you'll be required have to register for Bing Webmastertools and submit your generated sitemap there.
