Virgin Charter was an online marketplace for selling, purchasing, and booking charter flights on private aircraft. The company was privately held and headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Virgin Charter was majority-owned by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group. Virgin Charter was also a founding member of the Air Taxi Association (ATXA).

In 2007, Virgin Charter was named one of "15 companies that will change the world" by CNNMoney.com.[1]

On October 23rd, 2009, Virgin Charter ceased all operations and closed down.[2][3]
