For natural backlinks you got to post link in High quality sites. Quality sites means sites having good PR, Domain authority, alexa. The anchor text that is used by you should be unique & changing on each sites. The backlinks coming afterwords will be treated as natural backlinks.

Before posting to any site check the PR of that site, If your site is new then start posting from PR 2 and above sites. Give unique content and do Article submission. Forum posting and guest blogging will also give good backlinks. Do Directory and Social Bookmark submissions that will give good backlinks to your site.

For me Backlinks is all about Quality Backlinks not Quantity. Also use your Anchor Text for your keywords and don't try and go for too broad for your keywords. Focus on Niche keywords that don't attract a lot of attention.
