Doing better in SEO checks than competitors, yet being out ranked

So my site, www.bigloveindianhair.com does far better in seo checks and speedtests, yet we get out ranked by competitors.
Theres a new site https://www.indianhairgiant.com/ that has suddenly come up and doing very well, and this site https://dhwarakindianhair.com/ has been on top for ages now.

We, Biglove recently witnessed a tank in ranking for key words such as "Raw Indian Hair Vendors"

What could the competition be doing that we are not?

We seem to have better in bound links, better domain authority, better content, better speed load times, alt-tagged images, links on pages... yet, we are getting out ranked by far.
