When I am searching from google.com from India for a few keywords related to Singapore we are listing in second page. But for the same keywords one of our staff searched in Singapore we are not listed up to 10 pages.
Even though I was clearing cookies in my browser, still we are listing in Second page.
Google has separate bowers for every country. Like for india google.co.in and for singapore google.com.sg or google.sg.
On every browser your website ranking will be different.
So you are searching from india on google.co.in browser and your friend searching in google.com.sg that's why the difference showing.
What your staff is searching is the exact result of your website keywords if you want to see accurate result from India you should go to Google.com from chrome browser select Singapore in search setting.
I guess this a Personalized vs Un-personalized search based question. I would recommend the use of "Incognito mode" on your browser when you're checking rankings. That way you can be sure it's Un-personalized.
You can also use a VPN service of some sort just to be sure that what you are seeing are the true rankings in a certain country.

Searching from India, that means competition will be low for Singapore keywords in the Indian market and when you search from Singapore, it won't show because of the high competition.
So while searching from India, make sure you change the search setting -> Region Settings ->Singapore.
After that, you will get accurate results.
