Where did you get these links from and why do you think it is so good to leave backlinks there, I have watched several of them.
I dont know what is your target country, niche, keyword.
You have to sort what is good and what is not for you
It is a good list of blog commenting sites. But according to the Penguin update, the linking has become very natural so we have to perform blog commenting very naturally so that it doesn't look like spam comments.

What do you mean by "blog commenting websites". All the blogs have the form for comments. That's actually why people are blogging. And having this form disable is taking some efforts (no some blogs and people who don't want to deal with comments.

Just open the full article (usually - click on title of the article) and in the bottom it's going to be contact form. You'll be ask either to leave your details or to register some way, through FB, TW or some other system.
Another things you should know about commenting.
1. Most of the blogs have links in the comment in nofollow. So you won't get any PR. But there is a movement "dofollow blogs". Those will pass PR to your site.
2. From google point of view it's better to have links -> to comment blogs in the same area (I mean you're writing about the same topic) but not necessarily. Some % from other areas is OK (should look natural).
3. Practically it's better to comment "alive" sites. Where the owner actively answer and there are a lot of repeat visitors.
