When Google removed the "Submit to index" option there's not much to do to get instant indexing. Try to make some links in high-authority websites to that page if possible. That still works rather well. Also, make sure the page you want to index is submitted in your sitemap and has links to it from other pages on your website.
Try to change and update your page contents, not URL and do Indexing in Google Search Engine. It may affect your webpage ranking and traffic.
If you want to index your website instantly then there is only one option is remaining in webmaster which is URL inspection and index all URLs on the webmaster. This would help very fast in indexing.
After the shutdown of google crawler, it is hard to index your the back link's but you can do multiple things for indexing (Not Instant).
Firstly try to make you back links in high DA site and low spam site's. It's make strong back link for your site.
Try make some unique content because google always want some new content & that's why google index those back links who have unique content.
You can ping your all Back links once in a week. Like Pingfarm it is used to make your back links index as fast as can. If you use this lots of time your website might hit with high spam score, that's why use only once a week.
Guest posting & forum are the genuine ways to collect back links.
