can u please explain in brief about your requirement. This is  not enough data to analyze your site problem.
Need some other information like site domain is new or not? What you did for ranking?
Any rough idea about your techniques.

use the Webmasters Tools from Google and submit your sitemap.xml there.
Check if there are some backlinks, if not use G+  and share your pages for quicker indexing.
If there are too many, must use disavow for bad ones.
Check after a few days with operator site:yourclientwebsite.com to see the number of indexed webpages!
good luck!

Try to resubmit your XML sitemap in Google webmaster tool to get your webpages crawled faster. Also you can use social media promotion to get your website crawled.

I have already added site map.
My question is, Before penguin 3.0 update, my client website was being crawled and cached and ranking too but now it has not been crawled.
I think, My site has been hit by penguin :( and penguin is still rolling out.

You can request Google to crawl your website through webmaster tools. But for your information, this option should be used only, if you have done any major on page changes. Its been how long your website didn't crawl ? when was the last crawled date?

Resubmit your XML sitemap to Google Webmaster & also fetch them in Google. This might be caused due to penguin updation. Also submit the sitemap to various search engines for reconsideration of site.
