Can someone tell me why bing and yahoo removed a lot of blogger blogs from their search engines? Thank you

Good point, I assume that they consider them to be low quality and just took them out? Maybe they removed spam, affiliate blogs etc
Is it because bloggers were usually created with gmail account?
