Title: Ever Used Paid Reviews ?
Post by: james_ashby on 06-24-2010, 08:18:49
Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has used paid reviews as a form of blog promotion. If you don't know what that is, well I'll explain.

You find a really popular blog, one that has like 250,000+ readers i.e. super popular ones. e.g. john chow, shoemoney etc you then pay them like $300-$400 to write a short post endorsing your site and telling others about it.

Doing this you get a real endorsement of your site, access (albeit for just a couple of days) to 100,000's of readers and the chance to get quickly indexed and remembered by google.

It all looks so appealing, but is it really worth it and has anyone ever used this type of promotion. Looking forward to your replies.

No didn't used this kind of promotion, I heard this from you. And I think this is the good idea, but don't you think that popular blogger will write for you in 400$'s? I mean they are busy guys and they are earning a lot, so why they should will write for you? Just a question...

My friend's company use this kind of paid review writing. And it is beneficial too because the traffic of their Blog comes to yours and it also bring trust of users when some great Blogger appreciate your services. But it is very costly task so I have not tried it
