Sorry, I've got the wrong word there. They're not spammers, but scammers.
They ordered some goods and then they'll be in complete silenced without a trace.
No more phone numbers and no more email replies.

you'll get scammers everywhere mate  :P

for me personally facebook is just good as a social hangout place, not really too good for marketing business etc as most people who use facebook are only interested in meeting old school friends and talking about their personal lives. No one wants to add someone solely for the purpose of advertsing.

Facebook marketing is great way to promote the product and service over the social media site. You could increase visitor to your website. Through facebook your product or service would be more popular and helpful for getting more customer and client to your website.

Exclusive Landing Page for Users: Use different pages to target different sets of people. Take new users to a page that encourages them to 'Like' you or to a page they would find interesting enough to keep coming back. Members/fans can be directed to the wall or a game page that might interest them. Red Bull's profile page is designed in a way that users are given a hint to 'Like' the page, while fans are taken directly to the Wall. You can get innovative in designing landing pages and targeting different people.

Facebook because of its large number of user is still the first choice for social marketing or branding. You can create company page, your fan page on the Facebook and tries to maximize the likes. You can also put your company ads on the facebook and from there you can easily generate revenue if your product is consumer durable.

While Facebook can be an effective medium for reaching a targeted audience, it's essential to remember that it's a social network, not a traditional advertising platform. To maximize its potential, businesses should focus on building a strong online presence, engaging with their audience, and creating high-quality, relevant content that resonates with their target market.

That being said, some critics argue that Facebook's algorithm prioritizes clickbait and sensational content over meaningful interactions, leading to a decline in organic reach and engagement. Others claim that the platform's emphasis on paid advertising has created a culture of noise and distraction, making it challenging for businesses to stand out and connect with their audience.
