How can we remove suggested pages and groups option from our Facebook timeline page
You can go to settings of your Facebook account and choose what you want to display on your timeline. Also you can remove the subscriptions of various groups so that you do not receive any notifications for them.
Change the privacy setting so that you can have the decision to either post what they've tagged to you or just keep it on your timeline.
