I just heard that some Israeli companies had hаcked in our accounts and taking our pictures for there use.
yeah i heard it frm my friends but nothing has been highlighted on news channel so far. I dont think k all these news are true because incase they were then it would have harmed the reputation of facebook and we should not forget that it can be a campaign against facebook by its competitors.
hey zain, no body has to hаck your account to take your pictures. all you need to do is right click the mouse and you can take anybody's picture
The information that you can write anybody's name into the search-box and it will search them is type of scary. As you are maybe already conscious, most kids on the site type their first or last names. If they have typed what school they go away to, you can observe that details plus in which city they live, and the year of graduation. Also, photo is shown.
In my opinion, there is no social networking site that is safe.. there are always bugs that happens..
Facebook is safe provided how you set your privacy & accounts settings.
Everything on line is not safe!
Anything that you post online is not safe guarded, just because you put in a username and password does not mean it is safe, including facebook and everything other website in the world. You can have preventative measure to decrease the chance of your personal information being stolen and that is it.
yes facebook is safe..if your talking about hаcking..they cant hаcked your facebook because you have your email.like you lost your password..you can get your lost password through your email..and i am right? !-!
i think facebook is not purely safe..................
Hi,
I agreed that, facebook is not safe even a beginner can heck it using simple techniques.
Facebook is not safe because, Personal information like photos, names, and sometimes addresses can be taken from the website without the owner's knowledge.
Hi
I don't think so. Facebook or any another social networking site is safe.
Thanks.

As per me none of the social network is safe. And i have read in one article that FB found the 250gb amount of data holding bot and fake profiles. So now think that how much it be easy for hаckers to hаck the FB data. So though usage of many of the security tools , one can not find their data safe on any of the social network.
Anything that is published online is not safe. However, everything is risk, so facebook in not shield proof of hаcking. One has just to muster intestinal fortitude when one's account is hаcked.
In the search, you can use someone else's name to retrieve their information, and this is one scary guy. As you may already know, most children enter website name or surname. Some schools entered the world to them if you can see the contents, plus living in the city, and year of graduation. Moreover, the photo appears.

Agreed!
all people do is post statuses that no one cares about, I really cant stand the people that talk about every freaking thing their kid does minute to minute, or the one that seem like they need to convince people that their b/f is the best lol
Facebook is not safe by its own self.
but we have to make our account save using privacy settong.
facebook gives us an facillity for security we have to just apply rightly..
i think facebook is safe but there is no privacy for images.
i think facebook is safe of my point of view.. ;D
Hey .This may be done. So be careful your Facebook account. If you feel that your information's just pass on or something wrong immediately contact to the Fb support or take some steps against unethical fb hаck.
This is a common question we all have in our mind. I like Facebook and I can say after my work I spend lots of time on Facebooking. For the security I follow some steps, such as
1. Accepting and adding only the people I know well.
2. I Use privacy most of the time. Such as I have set my privacy to my personal photos only for my close friends. And some albums will be visible to other friends.
3. My contact details will not display on my Facebook. Even my email address won't display.
4. I rarely change my password. But if I get any suspect then I will change it.
5. I do not mention any my private information as my status.
Facebook is the fastest growing social networking site around the world today. However, sharing information has lots of risks, including your name which can be accessed by others and your profile can be be viewed. You can avoid these things by the following steps-
-Set the security settings on your profile to "Only my friends"
-Always monitor pictures that other people put of you and tag on you
-Avoid putting your phone number, mailing address, children's or pet's names in your profile
-Change your password every so often
-Be careful who is your friend.
Every social account will be safe if you have done proper settings with your account and maintain a alpha numeric password which you need to change with a time interval ,that it.
Facebook is pretty safe only if you have right privacy settings and you have to be smart about what you write. Don't mention phone number, email address, home address etc in your account.
I don't think that facebook is not safe. Facebook is actually a pretty safe website, but only if you have the right privacy setting. I have Facebook and since I registered I had no problems due to the right privacy settings and the making the right descisions of who I add and Who I let see my profile.
My friend do not doubt on facebook its great ,one of the most secure social networking site that takes care of all its member with facebook offices across the different countries in the world work all day round to keep you save and secure on the cyberspace protecting your data with its robust security.
Now facebook is safe and sure but you have to set your privacy setting according to you. and also if you think some body hаck your account so you have to send FIR on Facebook for that person or account. and Facebook is biggest social networking site.
Facebook is not totally safe , for that they have give you some options for safety, you can set level of your privacy, just use that make everything private which you don't want to share with the other peoples other than your Facebook friends, and it will become safe for you.
Facebook is safe depending on the security level set by you, it's your responsibility to set a strong password because there are lots of tools available which can crаck your passwords, it's not a fault of Facebook I think that your accounts get hаcked. Another thing if you will set your images to private then you have full control over it and no other person can see it unless you want to, so you need to set that.
Facebool is only safe if you will manage the settings for privacy otherwise it is not safe anyone can easily steal your pics and your other details.
I think still there is some weak points in Facebook's security, like anyone can download the images if they are not private, and I think that if they are public then also it should be locked from being downloaded like in whatsapp. One can not download your image unless you send to them.
I think that you must not share your pics if you do not want that other should keep it to themselves. Because sites like are Facebook are social media sharing sites and in such sites you share pics so that others see them. And if they can see then why they can't keep that with them.
You maintain it safe by being smart, if you don't want anyone knowing something about you, don't post it on there at all. That is the safest way.
- Facebook has faced various privacy and security concerns over the years, including issues around data privacy, targeted advertising, and allegations of allowing election interference. It's important to be aware of these issues.
- However, Facebook also has security measures in place and allows users to adjust their privacy settings to control what information is shared. Responsible use and awareness of privacy settings is important.
- Credible reports of hаcking or data misuse should be taken seriously, but it's also important to verify information from reliable sources before drawing conclusions. Unsubstantiated rumors can spread misinformation.
- Overall, Facebook's safety and your personal privacy on the platform depend on a range of factors. It's wise to be an informed and cautious user, regularly review your privacy settings, and get information from reputable sources. If you have specific concerns, it may be best to research them further or reach out to Facebook support.
Facebook's safety depends on how you use it. With strong privacy settings, cautious sharing, and awareness of scams, it can be safer. But data privacy concerns still remain a big issue."
