My Website Page rank was suddenly decrease

I am Junior Bill and this is my website http://www.hirephp.com I am facing the Page Rank decrease Problem.
in alexa.com my website back Links in Sep Month 480, Oct month 601 and Currently my website site linking 718 , but still my website page rank was going down, I can't understand why this happen.

Anyone Know about this thing Please help me.

It might happen due the recent Google toolbar PR update.Build quality backlinks which are high authority and relative to your site. Don't bother much about PR, it might automatically improve.

More backlinks does not mean the high pr. But more quality backlinks helps to increase the pr of the site. And as on 8th Nov. pr update and due to this reason your site ranking dropped. And for getting the high pr provide quality the most.

Google Page Rank Largely Dependent on Links so more the Backlinks you have the more is your page rank it also affected by the rank of page linked to you.

Yeah i also though he might be talking about google Pr. To OP Alexa is because of traffic so your traffic might have drop thats why you are facing problem in alexa drop

Google is always changing their  algorithm, have you heard about the recent release of Penguin update? It's all new in Google,  to eradicate spams on the web. Notice your sites' ranking, if it was descending since April 24 the update might have  something to do with  it.
