Well, let me introduces me - My name is Amit Kumar and i do take care of website development and have a good knowledge about SEO. so here is my question is - MY keyword ranking is Fluctuating every day like if my keyword is showing me on first page of google at 8th position in the morning and in the evening or night it will be on 18 position, i'm tracking this from last many months & continuously tracking last 15 days each time. I updated all required things according to guidelines such as keyword in title, meta description, url of the concerned webpage, alt text, H (Heading) tags and content body with appropriate density. fetched by google submit many sites do internal linking and with blog over site & with high quality content but the result is remain same - i'm sharing the url & request to give best suggestion would be very thankful to all, i expect this is kind of place where people even everyone get the solution of their queries.
My keywords are hair transplant in delhi & best hair transplant in delhi. These keywords are not fix at any level so that i could come to know that what is exact problem with it.
Request you to help me please.... Looking forward for better response

Our Rankings are never guaranteed and can change at any time.The reason your rankings fluctuate is that that is how search engines work. Google always consider the most valuable sites, updating their algorithm regularly. So creating strong backlinks more than your competitors is the solution for this.SEO is a continuous process and getting on top 1 for one day worn make too much sense. You should always look for what others do and get in front of them.
If you haven't used any black-hat SEO strategies, one problem could be the freshness or the size of your pages. Make sure to check the Crawl Rate (the time it acquires to crawl sitemap and begins to decrease the number of indexed pages) and check if your robots.txt file isn't blocking something.The other problem could be that your page(s) might not be indexed. Try the "site:domain.com" search to see which pages aren't indexed.
actually the ranking of your page depends on the visitors and the number of the click on your ad sense account.
if number of visitors are more on your are more the ranking will decrease and if it is less the ranking will go up.
so the ranking of your website is not stable it changes daily according to your website performance.

Hi, Thanks for landing by and answer me, well it is not about the adsense - It is about the keyword ranking and love to tell you that i'm running PPC for the concerned page as well as other social media campaigns so i don't think i really need more visitors & it might be the reason

Hi, Thanks for comment for helping me. Well, I have checked & every time i check my landing page cached & index details. The targeted page cached after every 3rd day but the keyword rank is quite down and behave the same. i must show you the url: https://www.dermaclinix.in/best-hair-transplant-delhi.html

Yes but my competitors have good rank even i created backlinks over all the sites that the competitors did and always look after my competitors even i tried a paid seo tool as well as free tools.
It is because google keep on crawling sites in order to find more potential URLs to show on 1st page. SO whenever your site is crawled and come to 1st page it will stay there for some time till google finds another site which is better than yours then it will replace it.
So in short you must keep updating your site with new and good content, keep building back links, and keep posting on social sites where you can bring good traffic as well as increase the number of backlinks.
