What is the reason????
Hi, I came to this thread when i typed in Google "keyword rankings go down in google".
Because yesterday I am disappointed when i checked my keyword positions. Unfortunately my keyword rankings are going down from 3rd to 106. Then I am checking online the reason why its happened? but I didn't get any answer.
Is Google change its algorithm? I would really appreciate if anyone will replay.. :(
I think Google is not actually down, I've read some articles on SEO news recently that Google is in the process of updating.
But i dont think that these days ranking are down, while i think that this is the time to grow up.

It is because Google is introducing new updates to it's algorithm to block web spam.
Up-downs are the part of Google, why you guys are worried? If someone will work well he will go on top rankings and if you will not update your site for a long time then Google will give the chance to the new stuff.

google comes up with new update named google penguin.It is an over-optimising penalty that focuses on trying to stop low quality websites from appearing towards the top of high quality websites. SO that may be the reasons those sites ranking are going to down ,which have low quality content while high quality content sites ranking are growing up.
