Handy Cafe Client Server

Guys, anyone know about this Handy Cafe Client? It's a server for running networks & computers.
Used it in this computer center I worked.
Well there's some problem with this software that day.
I can't open it.
So I've downloaded and installed it again and the bad news is that I need to key in all of the members detail.
That hurts man !
Is there any other way to maybe repair it or another simple way other than to reinstall and retype all those membership details?
