Spam is really very bad for any website, to check about percentages of spam in any content one can use Duplichecker and wordai.

Hello every one !
I always have a doubt related to spam contents and spam backlinks that are they same? Because I think every back link contain some contents which can be spamy or spam less, so if contents of links recognized as spammy  then that backlink will also be called as spammy link so can I say that links which contain spam content are spammed backlinks? Please suggest me!

Google Disavow links tool is one of the most awaited and talked feature after Penguin update. This is an advanced feature and should only be used with caution. If used incorrectly, this feature can potentially harm your site's performance in Google's search results. We recommend that you disavow backlinks only if you believe you have a considerable number of spammy, artificial, or low-quality links pointing to your site, and if you are confident that the links are causing issues for you. In most cases, Google can assess which links to trust without additional guidance, so most normal or typical sites will not need to use this tool.

I concur with that! Use disavow tool, it will help you recognize the links that are unhealthy and irrelevant to your site in detailed reports. Using this, you can limit the possibility of being penalized by unnatural or bad links pointing to your site.

First of all, I recommend hiring a link building specialist so you won't remove the good links as well. Mainly, you have to make a list with all the dofollow backlinks (you can use http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/), and after the bad backlinks were found, you have to mail the webmasters and ask them to remove the links. This is an important step before starting the disavowing process. It's recommended by Google: "If you believe your site's ranking is being harmed by low-quality links you do not control, you can ask Google not to take them into account when assessing your site. You should still make every effort to clean up unnatural links pointing to your site. Simply disavowing them isn't enough". Some webmasters will not be so kind to remove your links, but Google needs to see that you've tried before submitting a reconsideration.

some specialist are recommending using the disovow tool only if you have a manual penalty in Webmasters Tools.
and it is a very challenging process to discover what backlinks could harm your website, the problem is that your competitors could take advantage of this thing before you realize what is the problem actually.

It's going to be hard. If you have the budget, I would suggest leaving the problem to the pros but if you're looking to do it yourself, try using majesticSEO or AHref and get something going through their service.

There is no certain method to detect spam backlinks. You can check with the help of PR, Domain Authority, alexa, number of external links, inbound links whether the website is spammy or not.

First and foremost, we recommend that you remove as many spammy or low-quality links from the web as possible.
If you've done as much work as you can to remove spammy or low-quality links from the web, and are unable to make further progress on getting the links taken down, you can disavow the remaining links. In other words, you can ask Google not to take certain links into account when assessing your site.

The never-ending battle against spam backlinks. It's a Sisyphean task, really. You'll need to employ tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to detect these pesky links, but be prepared for a tedious process. Analyze the backlink profile, and separate the wheat from the chaff. Identify links from low-quality domains, and don't bother reaching out to webmasters – they're unlikely to care. Instead, focus on submitting a disavow file to Google, and hope it doesn't negatively impact your rankings.
