These lists are fairly old.  Most of the sites no longer exist. Of the others some are do follow but not many.
If you want to check if a site is do follow then right click somewhere on the page, then click on "View Source". You may need to read through a lot of code but it is worth while.

I've tried many lists like the ones above but these lists didn't work due to many reasons. Sometime blog is deleted and sometime post is deleted and sometime it is changes to nofollow. So I don't like these lists.
