According to my point of few PR (Press Release)submission is best technique of increase ranking. so you can start the PR submission and get high page rank. and forum posting, Classified submission, blogging, Article submission, social bookmarking, normal directory submission also increase page rank of website.

Getting the higher page rank is not any easy task. One needs to manage so many thing to get it.
