Through this question I want ask whether it will be good or not to post my article on multiple article submission sites. Whether it will negative impact over my websites SEO.

Please do not so do. It will decrease your content's quality. Besides, there is a spam issue.

Try to re-purpose your article. For example you can make an infographic out of your original article. Then you can make a Google+ submission. Then you can make a video slideshow out of this infographic and submit it to YouTube. Then you can create a poll or a survey at the end of your article and convert the answers you get into a new post on your website

No, it will come under plagiarised content and some websites may remove it. So, it is wise to use fresh content. Moreover, Article submission is not quite good. They are spammed with low-quality links. You should try guest posts. They are more beneficial.

That "one place" is defined as a location with a unique website address (URL) - so, if the same content appears at more than one web address, you've got duplicate content. While not technically a penalty, duplicate content can still sometimes impact search engine rankings.

Posting the exact same content in two places hurts SEO rankings for all involved. Truth: False! Several examples have shown that the same exact article posted on multiple outlets will still show up in search for each outlet.

This is duplicate content, and Google's algo will likely see it as thin or low-value. You're essentially creating cannibalization for your own rankings. The primary benefit is minimal backlink juice, but it's a black-hat adjacent tactic that's mostly legacy.

Publishing the same content on multiple article submission sites is not recommended for SEO. Duplicate content can reduce the value of your articles, limit ranking potential, and may cause search engines to ignore or devalue those pages.

Instead, you should:

Publish unique or rewritten versions of your content

Use canonical tags if duplication is unavoidable

Focus on quality platforms rather than mass submissions
