For my new website i want to try link wheel , with 30+ wedges

i want to know, after new google updates, would linkwheel work or not.

If yes , let me know which sites should i use in which tier

i am supposing to do it like this

TIER 3 ===> wordpress + weebly

TIER 2 ===> blogspot

TIER 1 ===> main site

and link wheel applied by tier 2 on tier 1
all social bookmarking for tier 1
all link building for tier 2

I do not think that Link wheel strategy would work now. If you are aware of recent updates in SEO then you would not try to build links in this way. Probably you are going to build spammy or low quality links by this method.

Yes @JDann is right i guess!! you are getting spammy with this way. Please check Google update then set your strategy.
