Hi experts,
I was wondering is it a good idea to use "#" in an URL, which I want to use for link building. For example, "www.domain.com/make-a-website#working-with-css". I simply mean, to create a page with on-page blog content too, being passed using id="", hence I won't be required to create more pages like blog, just a single page have all latest updates or help articles, I hope I'm making sense..
