But can you tell me that how much time we should use a keyword in an article ?
Content should be made for visitors and not search engine rankings.

But if you ask exact how much keywords to use in text- so my strattegy is about 1-2% of text.
1% It mean one exact keyword in 100 words article.
And you can use similar phrases- synonyms as well related to main keyword- in this case your content becomes more realtive

If a website is overloaded with keywords in Meta tags or in webpage content, then this practice is termed as keyword stuffing. There are bright chances of your website being penalized by Google. So it is important to maintain keyword density.

Keyword stuffing is thought to be an unscrupulous site design improvement (SEO) strategy, which drives a site's being banned from significant internet searchers either briefly or for all time. Keyword stuffing happens when a page is stacked with watchwords in the meta labels or in substance of a site page. The reiteration of words in meta labels may clarify why numerous web search tools no more utilize these labels.

Keyword Stuffing means inserting so many keywords in your content with the purpose of improving ranking of your keywords. It is recommended to add 2 or 3 keywords in your blog content or in your single website page. If you add more than that, then it is called keywords stuffing. WebPages are often filled with repetitive usage of keywords, this is called keyword stuffing. Repeating your keywords in an unnatural way is not good for your users and often results in a lower - not higher, ranking in Google.

Keyword stuffing" refers to the practice of loading a webpage with keywords or numbers in an attempt to manipulate a site's ranking in Google search results. Often these keywords appear in a list or group, or out of context (not as natural prose). Filling pages with keywords or numbers results in a negative user experience, and can harm your site's ranking. Focus on creating useful, information-rich content that uses keywords appropriately and in context.

Examples of keyword stuffing include:

Lists of phone numbers without substantial added value
Blocks of text listing cities and states a webpage is trying to rank for
Repeating the same words or phrases so often that it sounds unnatural, for example:
We sell custom cigаr humidors. Our custom cigаr humidors are handmade. If you're thinking of buying a custom cigаr humidor, please contact our custom cigаr humidor specialists at custom.cigаr.humidors@example.com.

 Keyword stuffing
This involves the calculated placement of keywords within a page to raise competitiveness, diversity, and density of the page. This is useful to make a page appear to be relevant for a web crawler in a way that makes it more likely to be found. Example: A real estate salesman making a website and stuffed thousands of keywords related to the singer to attract the fans look at his page. Older versions of indexing programs simply counted how often a keyword appears, and used that to determine relevance. Most modern search engines have the ability to analyze a page for keyword stuffing and determine whether the frequency consistent with other sites created specifically to attract traffic search engines. Also, the major sites are truncated, so that the list could no big dictionaries are indexed on a single website.

Keyword stuffing is the practice of over-optimizing your content with an excessive number of keywords, in an attempt to manipulate the search engine rankings. It's a lazy, outdated tactic that's more likely to harm your online presence than help it. I mean, come on, who thought it was a good idea to cram a single page with 20 instances of the same keyword? It's like trying to game the system, and trust me, the algorithms are way too smart for that.

In the old days, keyword stuffing might have worked, but now, it's a major red flag. Search engines like Google have evolved to detect and punish such tactics, and if you're caught, you'll be lucky to escape with just a penalty. Your website could be de-indexed, and your online reputation will take a serious hit.
So, what's the alternative? Well, it's simple: create high-quality, engaging content that provides value to your users. Use keywords strategically, of course, but don't overdo it. Focus on user experience, and the search engines will reward you with better rankings and more traffic. It's time to move on from these outdated, black-hat tactics and focus on building a solid online presence that's built to last.
