I'll just simplify it

If you looking for mobile network then i'd suggest to go with Jio since it has a wider connectivity and also if you don't want to recharge like you have a secondary sim and want to have incoming but no outgoing so you can keep it like that too and Jio won't cut off incomings at all unlike Airtel which does that.


For Broadband service my preference is Excitel Fiber as it is cheap and reliable , but if it's not available you can go with Jio or Airtel if available but don't go with Tikona at all.

Rest you can pick any local broadband which is better in your area.
